600/1000V Mica + XLPE insulated
LSZH sheathed fire resistant cable
is designed for critical power circuits.
It is suitable for power stations,
metro systems, tunnels, airports,
petrochemical plants, hospitals,
hotels and high-rise buildings.
The mica tape layer helps maintain
circuit integrity during fire conditions.
Fire performance can be supplied according to
BS 6387, IEC 60331 and BS 8491 requirements,
subject to the project specification.
The XLPE insulation provides reliable
electrical performance and thermal stability.
The LSZH sheath helps reduce smoke emission
and corrosive gas release in the event of fire.
This cable is commonly selected for projects
where fire safety, flame retardance
and low smoke performance are required.
As a multicore unarmoured cable,
it does not provide metallic armour protection.
It is suitable for cable trays,
cable ducts, risers and protected
fixed installation routes.
Where additional mechanical protection
is required, the cable should be installed
with suitable protection.
The cable should be selected according to
voltage rating, number of cores,
conductor size, fire performance,
installation method and project specification.
